The new gym is chock full of fun activities, and features brand new Gymnova equipment, massive foam pits, bouncy trampolines, tumble tracks, and spring floors.

These classes will bring a fun and knowledgeable gymnastics coach right into your living room! Stretching, exercise, basic gymnastics, and skills can all be safely taught via virtual platforms.

The intent of these unique gymnastic instructing opportunities is to make sure no one who wants to participate is left out.

What ages are welcome?
