Urban Air is a family fun adventure center located at 10 Coon Rapids Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55448.
This outrageously awesome fun zone features 40,000 square feet of adventure and entertainment space and 12 attractions to enjoy. You can try all of the following on your visit:

What ages are welcome?
Urban Air Adventure Park is perfect for all ages and different levels of athletic abilities.
All of the attractions help kids of all ages develop balance and coordination without realizing they’re doing something great for their little bodies. Urban Air even offers a regular Sensory Sunday on the first Sunday of each month.
If you have a family member who doesn’t love the music and lights that go with the adventure park experience, sign up for this event. The Adventure Park opens at 10 am on Sensory Sunday without the extra sensory stimulus.
Kids or adults with autism, special needs, or sensory challenges can experience all the excitement and joy of Urban Air without sensory overload.
What’s the cost?
At Urban Air, there’s a ticket for every whim, age, and ability. To ensure safe, sanitized play, all weekend tickets require a reservation, and playtime occurs in two-hour blocks. Reservations can easily be made from your smartphone.
On weekdays, no reservations are required.
All ticket prices include unlimited playtime within the specified attraction tier for the full two hours. Here’s how the passes break down:
- Ultimate Ticket: Fly on all the Urban Air Ultimate Attractions with full facility access (check that your child meets all attraction height requirements before purchasing), $29.99 ea.
- Deluxe Ticket: Enjoy unlimited access to all Deluxe Attractions (height requirements may apply), $25.99 ea.
- Basic Ticket: Play for two hours on all Basic Attractions (height requirements may apply), $15.99 ea.
- Five and under ticket: $9.99.
Great news, because parents can play too for only $5.99 each when you purchase your child’s ticket. Your pass will cover the same attraction tier as your child’s ticket. You can spectate for free if you don’t plan to play (but we couldn’t imagine why you wouldn’t want to!)
Special events
Urban Air Adventure Park also offers more than a few sweet play events throughout the year, like:
- Parent’s Night Out: drop your kids off for a 4-hour play block while you get a little parenthood R and R. (It’s okay, we ALL need it!)
- Sensory Sundays: As mentioned above, this event is a wonderful way to include your littles (or adults!) who may not love all the lights and music they normally feature at Urban Air.
- Budget-friendly specials like School Day Play, Member’s Night, and Family Night, where you can pick up savings on wrist bands and at the cafe. Check their website for full details and upcoming dates.
- Jumparoo: For kids up to age five to enjoy the park all to themselves without the “big kids” everywhere.

Need to Knows (Tips, Facts, and the Messy Details)
Remember, because of COVID-19, reservations are mandatory on the weekends to keep the facility safely socially distanced and allow staff to adhere to local safe play and sanitation guidelines. Also, every jumper, climber, balancer, and bounder (that means everyone, ‘kay?) must wear Urban Air Adventure Park socks.
These socks have a special rubberized grip and are available for purchase at Urban Air for 2.99 per pair. There’s no need to re-purchase for return visits, you can re-wear these socks over and over.
You’ll also want to save time by signing their online waiver for each person in your party before arriving.

Urban Air Coon Rapids is located at 10 Coon Rapids Blvd NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55448. It’s a super-easy drive from anywhere in the Twin Cities Metro and points north of Hwy 694.
