We all know living in the Twin Cities in Minnesota is fantastic. Even with all the social distancing and stay-home directives throughout the country, we are finding ways to support each other and keep our family entertained.

Ladybug Pottery & Parties

We will receive payment over the phone and we will offer curbside pickups, as well as dropping your pieces back off!  All products are first come first serve. We will be waving the $9 studio fees, so you just pay for the pottery and sales tax. They will send home the paints and brushes.  No coupons or other offers will be honored with our to go pottery. Heartfelt is providing craft kits and supplies to help your children pass the time with calming handwork while learning new skills. They can make suggestions and recommendations based on the ages and interests of your kids.

Products will be packaged for pick-up; or delivery is available in Linden Hills, Fulton, east Edina neighborhoods for just $5. They are here to help. 612-877-8090.

Everson’s Hardware Hank

They’ve set up Hank’s Kids Craft Corner at the front of their store. These are all projects you can take home and enjoy with your child. They have a number of unfinished wood project kits like bunny baskets, toolboxes and birdhouses. Their bath bomb making kit, sewing project, seeds, starters, and more will keep your kids active and learning.

Their Scramble Squares puzzles are great for their brain health. Golf putters, craft paints and their new Unicorn SPiT gel stain are fun ways to pass the time. They also are offering a free Hank coloring book (one per child, while supplies last).

Kidcreate Art Studio (Eden Prairie, MN)

Each kit contains an easy to follow art lesson plan, a link to an online instructional video taught by a Kidcreate Studio art teacher, and all the art materials needed to create the project. Need an activity for the kids? We have cupcake decorating kits that you can do at home! We can customize colors and flavors and we can DELIVER right to your doorstep! $20 for a 4 cupcake kit, $30 for a 6 cupcake kit, $5 flat delivery fee within 7 miles of the shop, further delivery is available for an additional charge. Creatively Tipsy

Creatively Tipsy are offering “paint parties to go”. Solely for an activity to do with your families while we are all practicing safe social distancing.

Each person gets a 12*12 board and a stencil of their choice. We will provide up to 6 different paint colors, sponges and plates along with instructions on how to apply the stencil. We can also stain or paint the background for you if you’d prefer.

Cost is $10 a person.  Message their Facebook page if interested in doing a project.

Kids Ride Wild may not be the theme at your house today, but those days will return, and in the meantime, we hope you have fun with some of these activities.
