Young Learners Celebration at Mona Moede Early Learning Center

Families with children ages 0-7 are invited to a fun FREE back-to-school event August 24th from 4-7 pm at Mona Moede Early Learning Center (2410 Girard Ave. N.). The event will feature activities, entertainment, music, food, school resources and much more.
- Free food for everyone

- Free school kits (backpacks)
- Free COVID-19 vaccine clinic for all ages (Pfizer)
- Ride a school bus!
Entertainment
Join us for performances from these groups:
- Music from Kidsdance throughout the event
- 4 p.m. – Little Earth Native American Drummers
- 5:30 p.m. – Grupo Folclórico México Lindo
- 6 p.m. – Unlimited Next Level Drum & Dance
Transportation
- 3:30 p.m. at Bancroft Elementary School
- 3:45-4 p.m. at Ella Baker Elementary School
- 4:15-4:30 p.m. at Bethune Elementary School
The return bus will depart from the event at 6:30 p.m. and drop off families at Bethune, followed by Ella Baker and Bancroft.
