Join the Lion’s Club and Plainview community to celebrate the Christmas season with a mixture of nostalgia and fresh, new activities!
  • Wagon Rides on Saturday from 5 – 8 pm.
  • Tree Lighting and Presentation at Wedgewood park on Saturday at 4:30 p.m.
  • Lights for Life Luminaries for Cancer will be displayed in Broadway business windows.
  • Silent Auction: Festival of Trees, Christmas White Sale at Plainview Area Community and Youth Center. Open Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Silent Auction ends at 7:30 p.m.
  • Community of Holiday Treasures, Crafts & Vendors at The Christmas Store, Peace United Methodist Church, Trinity Evangelical Free Church. Open Friday 8:30 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am – 4 pm.
  • Country Christmas Artist & Craft Show at the Christian Life Center of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm & Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Cookie Walk & Lefse at Good Shepherd Church on Saturday from 7:30 am – 11:30 am
  • Magical Christmas Balloon Art by Kevin Lindh at Cabin Coffee on Saturday from 4 pm – 6 pm.
  • Holiday Music, Decorations, Plainview History at Plainview Area History Center on Saturday from 1 pm – 8 pm
  • Nordic Ice Castle at Foresight Bank on Saturday from 5 pm – 8 pm
  • Hot Chocolate and Treats in the parking lot by Bennett’s Food Center on Saturday from 5 pm – 8 pm.
  • Warm Fruit Cobbler Boy Scouts Fundraiser at Schad & Zabel Funeral Home on Saturday from 5:30 pm – 8 pm.
  • Playhouse Giveaway & Raffle for Christmas Anonymous at Montgomery Holst Realty on Saturday from 2 pm – 8 pm.
  • Chili at the Plainview American Legion on Saturday from 5 pm until gone.
