Due to COVID-19, this year’s Arts in the Park event has been canceled. But we believe art in any form is important, so get out and chalk the walk! Grab a box of chalk and brighten up Thompson County Park. Free.

FREE CHALK PASS OUT: Park staff will be at Thompson County Park with individual boxes of chalk to pass out at a picnic table near the North Picnic Shelter on the following dates and times.

COVID-19 Planning:
????Chalk will not be shared between households–each person will receive and get to keep a box of chalk. One per person.
????Masks Required: Park staff will be in masks. Attendees are required to wear a face covering anytime when interacting with park staff and outside in crowds and when physical distancing is difficult in accordance with MN Emergency Executive Order 20-81.
????Park structures are not sanitized. Wash or sanitize your hands before and after your visit.
????Stay home if you or anyone in your home is sick or has COVID-19 symptoms.
????Maintain at least 6 feet at all times from others, except for members of the same household.
