• $20 early bird pricing if you purchase your tickets before November 26. Tickets go on sale November 15.
• Purchase tickets on-site only at any MOA guest service desk.
• Admission includes an elf guided interactive tour through the Candy Cane Institute for families with kids of all ages.
• Tickets are available for purchase on-site only at any Mall of America Guest Service Desk. Reservations are required. You must select an available date and time to purchase tickets.
• Anticipate 10 – 15 minutes for your tour.
• No refunds will be provided if you miss your reserved timeslot or if you are more than 5 minutes late.
• Masks are required for all guests ages 2+.
• No outside food or beverage allowed inside.
