Technovation[MN] is excited to host Appapalooza 2022, an in-person celebration and LIVE virtual pitch event for girls ages 8-18 who have worked hard to build technology to make an impact on their communities. Appapalooza is Technovation[MN]’s largest event, bringing teams of girls, their mentors, judges, the Minnesota tech community, volunteers, friends, and family together to celebrate, support, and nurture a future diverse technology workforce pipeline.
This year they also piloted a brand new “Byte-Sized” Challenge to introduce these concepts even earlier using micro:bit, in the hopes of building confidence toward the Technovation Girls challenge in years to come.
